What You’ll Do
- Collaborate actively with our senior technical consultants, project managers, and sales team
- Gradually take over customer communications for service and development requests
- Together with senior colleagues—and eventually on your own—conduct trials, implementations, and trainings at customer sites
- Prepare and deliver reports
- Provide customer support via online channels
- Contribute to hardware and software development
- Work on product documentation, instructional videos, and more

- Passion for the coating industry and a basic understanding of its processes, with a willingness to learn intensively
- Customer-centric mindset
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Self-study and commitment to continuous learning
- Active collaboration on projects, service requests, and product development
- Openness to cooperation and support from senior colleagues
- Independence, proactivity, and creativity
- Willingness to travel
- English at B2 level (spoken and written)
- Good computer skills
- Driver’s license (Category B)
What We Value
