The best teams aren’t just built at the office. Sometimes you need a few days away from the desk, the deadlines, and the focused work to actually enjoy each other’s presence.
That’s exactly what we did last weekend. We packed up, headed to the Jeseníky mountains and spent two days on a paintball match, a proper hike to the top of Králický Sněžník. Add some good food, good conversations, and a party in the evening, and you get a team event nobody wanted to end.
We’re back now, ready to optimize your coating processes again, but these two days will stick with us for a while.
