Lens covers are made of polycarbonate, which makes visual quality checks even harder than for example on a painted car body. It’s exactly why digitized process data matters so much here. The team combines real process data with a digital twin of the applicator and optimized brush tables. SprayCapture and SprayBrush together will let the team move from feedback and correction to predictive process setup, before production even launches.
