No software or hardware modifications to the robot are required. Our solution works completely independently of the painting robot or line control system.

Fast implementation

The implementation usually takes 2–4 days and is performed directly on your running production without interrupting the line. It ensures the system is fully set up, validated, and ready to deliver results in your real environment.

In practice.

Apply a static or dynamic spray pattern on a special foil. This creates a controlled sample of your paint process, without affecting the actual part.

  • Smaller and larger parts - measured with specialized foils.
  • Flat surfaces - captured precisely using foils.
  • Edges - managed with dedicated tapes for maximum accuracy.

Insert the foil into SprayCapture®. The system uses four types of light  to capture the paint pattern and measure its thickness already in the wet stage. Whether it’s wet film, dry, or any coating layer – Clear, Base, or Primer – we deliver precise data.

Analyze it - Get instant insight into spray patterns for primer, base coat and clear coat by analyzing thickness, transfer efficiency, contamination and process stability.
