See how our customers put SprayVision to work
The goal was clear: improve transfer efficiency and reduce paint consumption in clear coat application. Switching to a High Transfer Efficiency atomizer already brings measurable gains. With SprayBrush®, the process was optimized further, unlocking additional performance on top.
Migrating 65 base coat colors and 2,700 unique parameters to a new dual-shape atomizer, with no trajectory reprogramming, in just 3 days, using SprayBrush's digital atomizer models.
A modern base coat and clear coat paint shop still struggled to stabilize its spray process. SprayCapture and SprayBrush delivered double-digit combined material savings within a year.
