SprayCapture® replaces subjective judgments with data-driven process stability. Analyzing static and dynamic spray patterns helps identify irregularities early, reduce scrap, and keep production consistent. All measurements are stored in daily statistics, giving you a transparent history of your spray performance.

01. Prepare sample

Spray onto a transparent surface before placing it into the capturing unit.
MEASUREMENT

02. Capture analyze

The unit transmits light through the coated sample. A top-mounted lighting module and a bottom-mounted camera evaluate the film build once the unit is closed.

03. Results in seconds

Within seconds, measurement data are digitalized and prepared for coating insights such as surface thickness measurement, process control, 2D and 3D pattern comparison, and pattern analysis and control. These use cases support faster decisions, reduced paint consumption, and more stable coating processes.

We are happy to demonstrate SprayCapture directly at your facility. The trial can be performed without stopping the production line or disrupting ongoing operations.

SprayCapture measures wet film thickness immediately after spraying, delivering results within seconds. No drying or curing is needed, so operators can take immediate corrective action. Results can also be verified after curing or cross-checked with a Permascope.

Yes. For small or complex parts, we use special Kapton tapes and sticky measurement points, enabling precise and repeatable measurements even on compact components.

Yes. Our solution can evaluate a full range of coating systems and layers, including clear coat, base coat, and primer, independent of color or material type.

No. SprayCapture is a stand-alone solution that works completely independently of the painting robot or line control system. No software or hardware modifications are required.

Our solution operates outside the paint booth, which significantly simplifies implementation. SprayCapture and SprayBrush do not need to be integrated directly into the robot, reducing complexity and eliminating the need for complex ATEX-certified inline installations.
