Do the coatings need to be cured or dried before measurement?
SprayCapture measures wet film thickness immediately after spraying, delivering results within seconds. No drying or curing is needed, enabling operators to take immediate corrective action. Results can also be verified after curing or cross-checked with a Permascope.
Do you support small parts (e.g. interior components)?
Yes. For small or complex parts, special Kapton tapes and sticky measurement points enable precise and repeatable measurements on compact components.
Do you support clear coat measurement?
Yes. The solution evaluates full coating systems and layers, including clear coat, base coat, and primer, independent of color or material type.
Does SprayCapture require modifications to the painting robot or line control system?
No. SprayCapture is a stand-alone solution working independently of the painting robot or line control system, requiring no software or hardware modifications.
