Do you support clear coat measurement?
The solution evaluates a full range of coating systems and layers, including clear coat, base coat, and primer, independent of color or material type.
Where can we see the solution in action?
Demonstrations of SprayCapture and SprayBrush are available directly at your facility. We collect the data at a time agreed with you, for example during a maintenance break or a non-productive shift.
Do the coatings need to be cured or dried before measurement?
No. A key advantage is the ability to evaluate coating thickness directly in the wet stage, before curing.
Do you support small parts (e.g. interior components)?
Yes. For compact components, special Kapton tapes and sticky measurement points enable precise and repeatable measurements.
How long do simulations take?
Simulations in SprayBrush are completed within seconds, facilitating fast comparison of parameter changes and rapid process optimization.
Which robot and applicator brands do you support?
The solution is compatible with all major robot and applicator manufacturers, including ABB, Fanuc, Sames, Dürr, Yaskawa, and others.
Is this an inline solution?
The solution operates outside the paint booth, which significantly simplifies implementation and eliminates the need for complex ATEX-certified inline installations.
