5 patterns, one project, one verification.
In a traditional launch the vehicle becomes the development tool. You spray a body, measure, adjust and spray again. With SprayVision the launch is prepared in simulation, and physical testing becomes one verification instead of iteration.

Step 1 of 6
Spray 5 additional patterns
The atomizer cluster already exists, so only 5 additional patterns are sprayed for the new paint. For a new atomizer, a cluster of 40 patterns (about 1.5 hours of line time) is measured first.

Step 2 of 6
Build the SprayBrush project
SprayBrush puts the car body, the robot trajectories and the brush table into one project.

Step 3 of 6
Simulate and check
The simulation shows whether the thickness is as requested and the distribution is uniform, before a single body is painted.

Step 4 of 6
Export to the robot
The validated parameters are exported to the robot program.

Step 5 of 6
Verify with foils
One car body is sprayed with foils applied, and SprayCapture verifies the exact paint distribution.
Step 6 of 6
Release
Production starts with validated parameters.
Stays the same
- Your robots and atomizers
- Your paint shop
- Your quality targets
Changes
- The launch is prepared in simulation
Physical testing becomes one verification, not iteration.
You gain
- 1 test body instead of 4+
- Days instead of weeks
- Less paint for trials
