We have a successful SprayCapture implementation for RESRG Automotive in Feuchtwangen, delivered at their request in our own lab instead of in their production, with the same depth of training and setup we’d normally run on-site.
RESRG Automotive already runs a strong process for checking static spray patterns, and static pattern control is something they take seriously. SprayCapture adds objective, data-driven process control on top of that, giving the team hard numbers instead of a visual judgment call. It also opens the door to working more with transfer efficiency evaluation and thickness mapping.
