Another successful SprayBrush implementation completed.
Our team has successfully completed the first SprayBrush implementation at OPmobility Tulipan, Poland.
The project included Digital Twin creation, customer training, production validation, and process optimization for both HVLP and Rotary BELL application. The initial optimization already delivered double-digit paint savings while maintaining the target film build.
A great example of how data-driven optimization can help paint shops improve efficiency, reduce material consumption, and maintain high coating quality.
