We're happy to share that we have successfully installed the latest version of our SprayCapture Mk. II at Sames, Meylan. The system will support the Application Center for conducting customer trials and validations.
Key improvements
The newest hardware iteration features enhanced sensors and improved lighting capabilities. These upgrades enable more thorough analysis of highly opaque paints, which previously presented challenges for inspection systems.
Operational benefits
Sames plans to leverage this technology to streamline their customer trial process, identifying and verifying settings faster and making customer trials more efficient. The system also allows Sames to present trial results to customers using data-backed evidence rather than subjective observations.
Future collaboration
Beyond the SprayCapture installation, SprayVision and Sames management discussed potential applications for SprayBrush technology, which could accelerate implementation of new atomizer technologies within Sames' product lineup.
