SprayVision

See what your paint is actually doing.

We run it in your paint shop, on your data and the problems you are solving right now.

Where should we run it?

At your facility

We run the trial directly on your production line, with no changes to your painting robot or line control system. We collect data at a time agreed with you, during a maintenance break, a non-productive night or weekend shift, or a short planned stop. You see the results on your own parts, under your own conditions.

In our lab

Send us the parts and we run the method in our laboratory first, so you can see how it performs before committing any booth time on your line.

Choose the trial that fits your goal.

SprayCapture trial · 1 day

You want to know what your applicators and your coating are really doing: pattern, distribution, film thickness, transfer efficiency. One day on site is enough to measure it and show you where the losses are.

SprayBrush trial · 2 days

You want to know what to change. SprayBrush builds a digital twin of your exact atomizer and simulates what a setting will do before anyone sprays it. On day one we collect and analyze data from your line with SprayCapture. On day two SprayBrush uses that data for deeper optimization: higher transfer efficiency, or less material at the same quality.

SprayCapture tells you what is happening. SprayBrush tells you what to change.

Not sure which one you need? Tell us what you want to find out and we will say which trial answers it. Sometimes the answer is that you do not need a trial at all.

What we can show you on your line.

We agree the priorities with you before the date is fixed, so nobody spends the morning deciding what the trial is for.

SprayCapture
Stability

Are your atomizers still spraying the same?

A quick check of your atomizer output from a static pattern. Is an atomizer defective, is the pattern repeatable, and what to do about it so production stays stable and scrap goes down. Objective digital data instead of paper, fast. A stable process lets you cut your scrap rate by 3 to 15%.

SprayCapture
Quality

See your film thickness while it is still wet

We map the coating thickness across the areas you define on the part, straight from dynamic patterns in the wet stage, very fast. You see where the film is thin and where you are paying for material nobody specified.

SprayCaptureSprayBrush
Savings

Find out how much paint you can save

From the data we collect, SprayBrush learns the exact behavior of your spray, a digital twin of your process. We then show you how much material you can save at the same coating quality, typically 10 to 20%.

SprayCaptureSprayBrush
Efficiency

Know your real transfer efficiency

We measure exactly what transfer efficiency you have today, and show you parameters that raise it while keeping the part quality you require.

SprayBrush
Engineering

Launch new products faster

New part or new color? Find the right spray parameters on the digital twin instead of weeks of test runs on the line.

SprayBrush
Production

Shorten your cycle time

We look for settings that cover the part in less time without losing coating quality.

SprayBrush
Quality

Raise your coating quality

More even film, fewer defects and less rework, with settings validated on your own parts.

SprayCapture
Engineering

Go deeper when you need it

For specific problems we run a detailed analysis of your spray patterns and measurements, so you understand the cause, not just the symptom.

How a trial works.

This is an example flow. We plan every trial together with you, around your requirements. A trial usually takes 1 to 3 days, but we plan it according to your needs.

  1. Before the trial
    01

    We talk about your process

A call about how your process runs today, where it hurts and what you want to find out. We tell you what we can show you and how it could be solved. If a trial is the right instrument, we agree a date that fits your production plan.

  2. 02

A readiness call before the trial

One short meeting before the date so both sides confirm we have everything we need: the parts, the coatings, the robot programs, the access. It is a much cheaper conversation before the trial than on the morning.

  3. On site
    03

We collect data from your robot

Besides a short presentation, we show you real cases on your own data. We collect calibration foils for SprayCapture directly from your robot, at a time agreed with you. That is what makes the results specific to your line.

  4. 04

We show you what the data says

Once we have measured your data, you see what your spray patterns look like, where your transfer efficiency stands and more. From there we can move on to optimizations that bring you savings. We change spray parameters only together with your robot programmer, and your original settings stay saved.

  5. 05

    Deeper optimization

    SprayBrush trial only

With the data we collected, SprayBrush simulates your atomizer and searches for better settings: higher transfer efficiency, or less material at the same quality. We validate the best of them on your part.

  6. 06

    We wrap up together

Once we have the measurements and have tried the settings the data pointed at, the on-site part is done. We go through the first findings with you before we leave, ideally with the people who will decide on next steps.

  7. After the trial
    07

You get a report of everything we did

After the trial we put together a detailed report of all activities, with explanations: what we measured, what we found, where the savings in your process actually are, and what those savings would be worth with SprayCapture alone or together with SprayBrush. You get it in writing, with the numbers from your own line behind it.

< 12months to return on investment in most cases

A business case built on numbers from your own line, not on our promises.

Magna Nymburk · existing line

12% paint savings, base coat and clear coat combined

No atomizer change. Process control with SprayCapture, then optimization with SprayBrush, on the line that was already running.

Magna Liberec · atomizer transition

3 days instead of weeks

A move to a new atomizer, done in 3 days instead of the weeks it was planned to take.

FAQ.

Does the trial cost anything?

That depends on the scope. We agree the conditions with you on the first call, before any date is set, so you always know where you stand before you commit booth time. The easiest way is to tell us what you want to find out and plan the trial with our team.

Do we have to stop the line?

Only briefly, and at a time that suits you. For SprayCapture we need static and dynamic patterns, which takes about half an hour of line time. SprayBrush starts with static patterns too, and its data collection can take around two hours. We can use maintenance breaks or non-productive night and weekend shifts if needed.

Do you need to modify our robot?

No hardware, no installation. We change spray parameters only together with your robot programmer, and your original settings stay saved so you can go back at any time.

Which applicators does it work with?

Spray guns with elliptical cone patterns and rotary bells. There is a SprayCapture model for each, and metallic coatings are measurable too, since the light passes between the flakes.

What happens to our process data?

Your measurements stay yours. We treat coating parameters and process settings as confidential and we sign an NDA before the trial whenever you want one.

Tell us what you would want to find out.

The more you put in the last field, the more useful the first call is. "Not sure yet" is a normal answer.

We reply within one working day. The first step is a call, not a commitment.
